2023 Edit: Stags interior is much improved following the recent refurbishment - one of the nicest places to hangout on campus. Maybe they could do with hiring some of the chefs from the supplementary food stalls right outside it though! Original: This place is clearly just a low effort cash cow for the uni. There has been no investments into upgrading the place over the years I have been here, apart from putting an unnecessary new sign. Understaffed, expensive, poor selection, kitchen is never open or food takes ages to come, beers run out or taps do not work... The list goes on. Such a shame to miss such a nice opportunity to have a decent, welcoming student bar.
