My daughter was here in 2019, and she never came home due to many many mistakes, lack of training and poor recording of issues, but above all not listening to parents, and the people who really know them, they killed my daughter, when she didn’t want to die

This hospital is terrible. Theres some wonderful staff but the majority are bad. They let a patient die whilst on the ward. The rest of the patients are traumatized. It shouldn’t of happened. i dont recommend this place if you want to maintain your sanity and have a good recovery

My daughter was transferred to this unit from Rochford in 2017, what a complete difference in quality of care. Staff seem like they want to be there and are very caring. Would recommend this unit based on our experience.
