Father's day breakfast. Waited nearly 2 hours before receiving breakfast which was cold. Team acknowjedge the problem which was too many customers and limited kitchen capacity. Only got charged for drinks.

Went to the new Rosie Leas for first time on Sunday. Was told 30 minute wait for cup of tea and 45 minutes for food. Opted for tea due to time, then noticed we were overcharged by a pound, so overall not as good as we expected 🙄
