  Deborah at The Spirit Within Hypnotherapy was fantastic, and really helped me when going through a grey patch. I recognised that things were not quite right for me, anxiety and stress, amongst other feelings. I was not at critical point, but I understood enough about mental health and the stress bucket to know that I should not let things continue the way they were. If I did, things would continue to slip until I would have found myself at crisis point. Mental health and well being is so important, and Deborah really gets it. She was incredibly supportive and understanding through out my period of therapy with her, an absolute professional! She made me feel at ease from our very first encounter. Following my times with Deborah, I feel so much more at peace than I have for a very long time. She helped me deal with things deep seeded in my past that I did not realise were still contributing factors in my current situation. It is thanks to Deborah that I am now calm, destressed and free from the anxiety I had been carrying for so long. It has freed me to carry on my life and avert a potential crisis. I would highly recommend Deborah and the Spirit within to anyone who may feel that they are in need of some support, beit for past traumas or anxiety, or more so, like me, recognising that they are on a potential path to a crisis and want to take positive steps to avoid it and enjoy life. She is brilliant!

  Deborah is truly fantastic! I arrived at her door in November, a shell of my former self following a rather traumatic relationship break up and over the course of ten sessions, Deborah helped me to channel my focus on to deep healing and a freshly realised inner confidence. I actually started enjoying life again! What I most appreciate about Deborah is her no nonsense, down to earth approach. There's nothing hippy-dippy about her, she looks after you with her grounded wisdom and huge empathy. After just one session, I came out feeling elated. After ten, I came out transformed! If you've ever considered hypnotherapy but haven't yet made the step, I highly recommend Deborah. She's wonderful and I will go back every so often for an MOT and retune! Thank you! X

  On behalf of Dominique Thomas: Deborah you are a miracle worker, I have never felt so level headed and clear minded in as long as I can remember. We have undertaken most of the sessions at your property and given current sad circumstances we had a session via whatsapp, as you were aware I was dubious about this but I am amazed it worked just as well as if we were face to face. Im sad we have one session left but I cannot thank you enough for giving me myself and finally my peace of mind. I thought I was fixed previously but I can honestly say that I was only part way through the journey which you have so effortlessly helped me to complete. I will be forever in your debt and cannot recommend you enough. Thank you.

  Deborah really helped me in my time of need, I was so deperate and did not know where to turn. I was dubious at first, and soon started to notice the difference. My family and friends can not beleive the difference in me. I recently went on a trip, which would of caused me extreme anxiety and distress, however I thoroughly enjoyed every single aspect of it and not 1 single negative thought entered my head. I am amazed at what we achieved together. Highly recommend

  I have just completed the Inner Child course of hypnotherapy with Deborah which I have found hugely beneficial and has yielded very positive results. Counselling wasn’t effective for me as that deals only with the Conscious mind and my Subconscious remained the same. Deborah is friendly, calming and supportive and I have no hesitation in recommending her. I have been able to become the very best version of myself, confident, happy, calm and no longer needing HRT. It really does work.
