I came here on recommendation of my Mum who has been coming here since it opened and swears by the treatment! I was suffering with Plantar Fasciitis and was struggling to walk without pain. After a very intense couple of months of treatment and subsequent maintenance treatment my pain and discomfort is significantly better and I am healing slowly but surely. I can not tolerate a traditional ‘cracking’ chiropractic so the treatment on offer if perfect for what I need and can tolerate. The Dr has an amazing ability to very quickly pin point the problem and provide some relief. So glad I took the plunge and invested in myself rather than continuing to suffer. The Dr now also treats my Father In Law too and I would have no hesitation to recommend.

When I made first contact via phone I gave over an awful lot of information which I could do as being Transcripted onto the computer as I spoke. I made an expense appointment at £55. The first thing that happened at the appointment was I was asked to repeat all the information I had already given but this time I had a tiny tiny box on one piece of paper to try and write a lot of information, basically impossible and a waste of time repeating myself and frustrating not having room to provide the information given. After a very brief and short examination lasting 10 minutes I was advised I need an X-ray at a cost of £135, I payed deposit and left. 4 days later I receive a phone call to advise me I need a MRI scan. I asked for a letter to confirm this and to give to GP, I was told a letter is an additional £150. I didn’t take up the offer of the £150 letter, however I explained my experience with them to my GP and got an emergency physio appointment. The NHS physiotherapist said the man at spin and nerve talking absolute nonsense and advised me to seek a second opinion from a better chiropractor. He also informed me that to try charge £150 for a letter is ridiculous and unheard of. Generally a very bad and expensive experience with the spine and nerve centre. I’m very disappointed with them and feel completely ripped off. I’m just glad I receive some good advice else where, before they got anymore money out of me. Avoid at all cost. Find a chiropractor that has been established in the area for sometime.
