I was happy with the result of having my braces done here then I was given retainers to wear at night but after few years these broke but when I called for replacement they said I have to pay £220!!! Which includes a revision (which I don’t want) I mean why linking two services? to increase revenue? Well there you go then an unhappy patient. Needless to say I don’t need a revision as I have my own dentist who checks up my teeth regularly. What a shame!
