Excellent service from salesperson visit to quotation to installation. Friendly, helpful, excellent craftsmanship and the fitters were quick, friendly and incredibly tidy! The new windows are beautiful and the refurbishment of an existing sash has made a massive difference in terms of insulation and noise. There are mixed reviews, but I'm happy to give 5 stars. The owner of the company is a straight talker and he does listen to customers. Slight change in their normal payment terms to make us more comfortable wasn't a problem. They have refurbished all windows of a large Victorian property and they look like new. When there was a problem during the work the owner addressed it straight away. When I called them last week (during Covid-19 and whilst they were closed) the owner answered the phone and today (3 days after commencing work they have sorted out a service on the windows under the warranty. Thank you Paul and all that work with you.

I had a mixed experience with these guys. The woodwork was generally OK and as I hoped (any minor issues were ironed out) but the 'making good' of the work which was agreed prior to installation was very poor. We decided to repair the finish around the French doors ourselves (took a weekend) and I now have to repair the sandstone cill on the first floor bay window which has failed seven months after it was repaired). I appreciate that these guys are specialists in the window but they agreed to the making good and, as I had arranged the scaffolding I thought it made sense. I have asked for a small contribution - a gesture - towards the hire of a scaffolding tower to repair the cill myself but I haven't heard anything back from them despite emails and calls. So - good at what they do - but be prepared to make good yourselves I guess. Photos attached for reference.
