I highly recommend the spa workshop. As well as great Engineering, a friendly and happy service too. We called regarding our lay z spa pump having a heat failure, and took it in the following day having received some trouble shooting advice over the phone. It was inspected while we waited (5mins at the most), we were given clear repair options, with no pressure, all at reasonable prices. We could have picked the pump back up the same day but chose to come back another day. Our pump was fully serviced and is now in full working order. Thank you for your assistance.

My original Lazy Spa heater stopped working, it would heat up and then cut out at the set temperature but not cut back in. It then started blowing the 13 amp fuse in the plug. I dropped the pump off to the Poole address for an exchange. The pump I got back had been fully reconditioned and was in full working order and quieter than the original, heats up the spa faster too

I found John when our pump developed a leak after the winter layup. A quick message and we dropped the pump down to him the following day. John kept me updated throughout the repairs and got it back to us in a few days. The pump is now quieter than it was from new and heats up perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the service we got and will return if we have any problems in the future.
