Male receptionist just told me to go to the hospital abroad while on holiday because i requested spare medication i use daily, asked for a spare as on holiday incase it was lost or broken. Not helpful not willing to help, told me ‘not to lose it’ patronisingly and its not a urgent medical matter. Hard work & not helpful.

I am so disappointed in Spa Surgery Harrogate - 21 attempts to get through on the phone to cancel an appointment that could have been offered to someone else! Eventually I'm 9th in the queue and wait another 18 minutes!! what is going on in the medical profession ? I should also mention that to get the appointment originally I had to walk in and then wait 2 weeks!! seriously this is not good enough!! I am so angry....

The staff are pleasant and helpful but the e consultation form - which is the main way to make contact with the surgery - is very poor and you are discouraged from emailing the practice so it's difficult to make contact.

I left this practice after the practice manager told me they have patients who are "actually ill" rather than myself. Apparently mental I'll health isn't considered an illness here. Absolutely despicable behaviour.

90% of time I treat myself with what's in asda, but when I actually need help I can't even get through at all or they don't have appointments to offer. Mostly can't even connect to them, not that there's lot of waiting, the line is just like disconnected or something. Can only deal with one thing at the time wasting my time to make several different appointments, when as a care worker I don't have that time.
