Went along for a relaxing spa day with a friend. The day included use of the pool , it’s facilities and a treatment which we chose to be a facial. Very disappointed that neither at the pool area or the spa did they have robes for guest to wear. Apparently this was due to rebranding?? There were no robes available. This gave a very unprofessional feel. Once at the spa we were handed a clip board and pen with no communication telling us what was required. We assumed completion which we did. Upon returning the forms we were taken into the treatment rooms. Apart from asking us to get on the bed there was no other communication. No asking what type of skin I had, no discussion about the products that were being used. At the end the bed head was just lifted and the therapist told me to come out when I was ready. Upon leaving the treatment room the only person we saw was the young lady on reception. The whole experience was disappointing and lack the special feel. Compared with other spas this is definitely at the bottom of my recommendation list.
