Staff and quality of food. Loved lightness in restaurant..no dark corners. "The owner" has responded to say how can they achieve five stars? Well my 4 stars is due to limited Flexibility for gluten free and gluten free choices. I'd have loved chicken minus breadcrumbs but when I asked it was not possible as I'd anticipated across the chain. This is not specific to this venue within the chain. We will be back there but there is nothing more this venue can do within the constraints of the chain to improve the service we received
