Awful customer service - Never again! I just recently started incorporating crystals and beads into my art work and I came across this shop. A couple of weeks ago I spent around £60 on beads alone and recently I realised that couple of the swarovski crystals were broken. It wasn't a big deal but I decided to take them with me to get them replaced since I was going to buy more stuff at the same time. The sales assistant was plain rude and at first she accused me of breaking them beads myself and then she even went further and blatantly told me that these were NOT real swarovski beads!!! She basically accused me of bringing fake beads back into the shop!! I was actually really upset by it all and I told her that if they were fake swarovski crystals then they've sold me FAKE swarowski crystals and I wanted them all to be replaced. She refused but offered to swap over the two faulty ones I brought back. I told her to keep her crystals, I was not going to be accused of being a lier and a thief and walked out of the shop empty handed. I will never shop with them again and I won't recommend them to anyone either. You're better off finding a good reliable supplier online.
