They have financial difficulties and low integrity. Their expert provided wrong information and promised to resolve the issue, Fayez stopped answering the phone, lowest level of integrity. This to a customer who have spent over £100k with them. Do not use!

Don’t care about the customer. Dining table re-ordered 3 times as they themselves were not happy with the workmanship, on the 3rd they shipped to me. Was not happy with it and wrote 2 emails which they ignored, then started sending legal letters for final payment and refused to send anyone to see the product - very heavy handed , safer to go elsewhere

DODGEY FURNITURE RETAILER AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I visited the show room and they offered to sell me furniture. I said I would be back the next day to place an order with them. Later that night I discovered that their company has actually gone in to liquidation so why are they still accepting people's money for orders if they are bankrupt? Needles to say I decided not to place an order with them. I'm not giving my money to a bankrupt company end of story!

Same experience as I can see many people here - placed 2 orders, 1 item had to be refunded, no delivery or refund for a month and nobody seems to care. Called 100 times, spoke with different people - nobody seem to care or able to solve the problem. Never faced such awful service anywhere.
