Very unprofessional company. I have experience working with her. I transferred them money for the goods. The goods were not delivered, citing that the customs, the country of Spain, me, as the customer, etc. are to blame. Now, for three months, they have not returned the money, they have not responded to emails. I do not recommend working with this company. At first everything was fine, but then at one point everything changed. Not a stable company.

Recently placed my first order and pleasantly surprised. Price was good. Items arrived properly packaged. Each product is labeled correctly and expiration dates (which is not very common, compared to The Soap Kitchen). I hope through Brexit that the tax and vat won´t have too much affect on total price. Will gladly order agaain.
