    Free WiFi is nice. The password written very small on a sign behind and to the left of the washing machine. Can pay with cash when the system works. When It doesn't you are stuck with coins.

    It's clean, the signage is very easy to follow and they have three different ways to pay (cash, phone or website) so it makes it easier if you don't have change. I've been here promptly on opening times (unmanned) and it's been open and everything on etc. There's like 2 larger washing machines, 4 of the 'normal washing machine size'(I always think laundrettes are bigger than the ones in our home, and like 5/6 dryers. Plenty 😊

    Would not go here again. Awful service being ignored during the day (when phoning the number that’s supposed to be on stand by, several times) and being blamed for the tumble dryer machine not working over text when they weren’t hot enough! Over priced for a start and the tumble dryers do NOT work as they do not heat up properly. Spent £70 and clothes were still dripping wet. Went to Baddesley Launderette and it worked amazingly there in only half an hour. Highly recommended that location and facilities.

    wasted around £70 here! washed fine but no option to buy detergent or anything. nothing dried! we tried drying for over an hour and still dripping wet. machine also ate my money and called the out of hours numbers 4 times and no response, that was 10:36 and it’s now 17:51. would never go here again and do not recommend!! went to Baddesley Laundrette which dried washing in 27 mins for a fraction of the price!

    Small launderette only 5 normal machines and one large capacity with i think 4 dryers. could do with a change machine or an attendant. Clean and tidy machines in good order.
