Went yesterday with daughter and grandchildren for afternoon tea, service is amazing very attentive ladies who serve you. Brought out fesh fruit for my 8 month old grandson too. Food is lovely but I would like more sandwiches or something else savoury as we had 13 cakes on ours and only 3 finger sandwiches each(also a choice of fillings would be good) Great setting and this is my 6th visit and will be coming again soon. The lady nehind the bar(I thinks she's Romanian) is a credit to the Soap Factory so lovely and very friendly.

Wow!! One of the best brunches I have ever been to. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Stacey and Caroline, very friendly and fab at keeping the gin topped up! The food was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!!
