Really friendly & knowledgeable staff, with a genuine passion for for fun outdoor sports activities. I had interactions with a variety of staff members in store, on email and via their social media, and they were all great! They did a great job servicing our snowboards, and helped me out with my new board boots; offering advice and speaking from experience, without any 'hard sell'. Just a really nice, down to earth, bunch of like minded people!

Went in to get the board serviced and came out with new boots and bindings. Fantastic range of products and super friendly team with no hard sell. Its an Aladdin's cave with goodies around every corner! You can walk in and get everything you need for a trip to the slopes for the whole family. Just wish my kids were boarders....
