Extremely disappointed with the service feom this practice! x3 appointments cancelled within less than one month, due to extended holiday, family emergencies! Would not use again!!! Was allocated a new dentist on his first day at the practice, who was a very nice gentleman however he is never available and appointments are continually being rescheduled. Informed this does not affect the teeth whitening process. You pay for your next appointment in advance which they cancel!!!

This practice never made me smile. I was disappointed with the dentist treatment. Never did what I asked. Left me with a mouth full of filling. I had my teeth cleaned and she didn't know what she was doing I've had a tooth ache ever since. The receptionist wasn't very helpful. Thought they were rude. Never going back there again

I recently had a tooth removed at the Smile Boutique by Dr Saumya Sharma and nurse Farah. I have to say the service was outstanding, they was both kind and considerate when approaching the subject. Not only that they seemed to have a passion for what they was doing so I felt like I was in good hands. The practise also called me later on to see how I was getting on and if I had any concerns, I would recommended Smile Boutique to anyone

I am very nervous of the dentist in general. I had an appointment with Amy the hygienist. She immediately put me at ease, explaining everything she was doing before doing it. Checking that I was coping all the way through the experience. My teeth are amazingly clean now. Amy made the whole experience a good one. So thank you for your caring nature and professional work.
