The Slade is a really wonderful church. They are so genuinely loving people, who genuinely love God and each other as if they are family. Teaching is biblically based but also very relevant to our lives today which is really refreshing. There are a wide variety of groups and events starting up now and also the morning service is streamed live. The church is a varied group of different ages and cultural backgrounds which is fantastic. They are very friendly to guests and anyone is welcome! There are new people joining the church all the time. Since going to the Slade I have felt so loved and included and supported. I have made many friends here.

Since i have started going to Slade EVANGELICAL CHURCH, My life has changed, i learned and learning more about GOD AND HIS HOLY WORD, made many friends which I never had ...it's GOOD to have CHRISTIAN Friends who PRAY for and with me .... I have joined the CHURCH in 2017 and every time i wanted to get BAPTISED i couldn't but eventually My Good Friend put my name down for me, we all need a little push now and then ....My Friends and my CHURCH FAMILY PRAYED for me and still PRAYING......Finally the day came for me to be BAPTISED .....The feeling of PEACE OF CHRIST that i have never felt in all my ,i just WANT to SHOUT to the whole WORLD WHAT GOD AND MY CHURCH FAMILY HAVE DONE FOR me ...
