Was there to meet someone. Only had a coffee. For that, I went to the bar and paid what I think was the cheapest in town. I was given a cup to serve myself and told that I could help myself to a refill. 2 coffees for under £3, I was impressed. Service was very friendly. Will go again.

Chips came out stone cold talked to the bar staff was told to go find a waiter no one around so whent back to the bar can you please call someone no I'm busy i don't serve food this was all with attitude so I basically walked in to there kitchen to complian safe to say I would never come here again not even for a drink

We were in this pub on a recent visit to Portsmouth, when we helped an elderly lady with a walking frame to a seat, we asked at the bar if someone could assist her with a food order. Staff were very good coming to the table to take the lady's order,not only serving her and one particular young lady (member of staff) spending time with her,well done to the staff very friendly and efficient.
