Since this medical practice has been taken over by new people with new staff, it has sadly become one of the worst doctors around. which is the opinion of anyway who is a patient there it seems. To speak to a doctor you need to phone at 8-10am, and then they will phone you back later on in the day. if you miss this time frame, be it due to medical reasons (insomnia) or due to work. well.... tough luck, try again tomorrow. And as many others have stated call times are ridiculous anyway. when you do phone your waiting forever on "2" people. its ridiculous. My mother called at one point simply to order a repeat prescription she was number 9 in the waiting list, and it took 56 Minutes to get through to the receptionist. 56 Minutes for apparently "9" people. due to the many different doctors now working there, the personal touch has been lost, each time I phone I get a new doctor, who just reads my notes. and goes off what is said on there and what I say. meaning they dont fully understand how severe an illness may be, or how it is effecting you, as they have never spoke to you before. staff working the reception have atrocious attitudes to patients. they do not help properly with your queries. and when speaking to you, have massive amounts of attitude, like they dont even want to be there helping you. This medical practice has gone down hill massively since the new staff have taken over. All you get is attitude. even if your perfectly polite towards them. Need new receptionists ASAP. and need less doctors to get that personal touch back. I have made a complaint on there website through the feedback portal, and allowed them to contact me regarding my issues. lets see if they actually do get back to me, and care enough to act upon complaints. From the google reviews not having any replies, it doesn't seem like they care. Update: they did contact me back, and the woman who called said she would look into it. Not sure if anything was actually done. Also noticed that the doctors use a £450+ gaming chair to sit on. Clearly use their money on stupid things like this, instead of hiring some actual proper staff with some respect.

I phoned this morning to speak to a doctor. My sister passed away after fighting cancer for a short time. I spoke to an amazing lady called Magda. She was so concerned and so kind to me. It really does make a difference. Thank you

I can't believe what kind of people work there! Doctors mock you to your face, They check what you have in Google. At the reception there are several fat, complex women who think they are Cerberus. No attitude towards the patient.

Shockingly bad! For appointments you have to ring up at 8am and you'll be given a telephone appt later that day but if you need to speak to reception at any other time you will rarely get through! As stated below, you can be number 1 in the queue for ages and still not get through. Gone really down hill.

Every time I call for a prescription, I sit 2nd place in a queue and it somehow still takes over 20 minutes for them to pick up the phone.

Try to get appointment for ongoing health problems but "due" to covid my treatment has been put on hold since last February. I know it has been a difficult time for medical professionals but if things have been put in place to keep everyone safe then is there any real reason to stop seeing patients.
