We are very happy with the end result and the way in which Ben and his team dealt with an error in measuring initially which necessitated replacement of the two bay window shutters. He came out to see the work with the measurer and fitter and agreed an error had been made (gap between shutters and architrave at the top), apologised and arranged a full refit. These were 1930s curved bays and had originally had roller blinds in situ at time of measuring + a stepped architrave at the top which may have caused the measuring error. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend the company for fair pricing, good communication, willingness to address errors and pleasant and helpful staff.

The ordering, measuring process and delivery/installment of our shutters was a fantastic service from start to finish. We would recommend you to anyone so a big thank you! I'm sorry I've forgotten their names, but in particular our installation duo we're very professional (quick and effective) at putting the shutters in and it was much appreciated. As an example of the great service - it was a train strike day with terrible traffic, but our installation team were not only on time but 5 minutes early!
