    Put in two orders for 2 pistol socks. The first order arrived fine but the second didn't arrive. Waited ages, emailed twice in one week and got no reply, and left 2 voicemail messages, but got no reply. Absolutely appalling service when they choose to ignore a customer informing them about an order that went missing in the post. Pathetic. Avoid. At least as it's paypal I can pursue a claim against them.

    Brought a used kral puncher armour. On the day they couldn't find the magazines and fill probe which I had to wait 2 days to receive after purchase. Once i received both magazines they were faulty. Been nearly 2 weeks and still not received replacements and been told today they brought 3d printed replacements that are junk. I should of received genuine ones as replacement. Not happy with my experience at all. Brought a gun and not been able to use it properly for 2 weeks because of them not checking the stock they buy properly. Even when they state they service and check every item. Then after all that they have the cheek to ask for me to send them the faulty ones before they give me the money to buy geuine ones wasting even more time. This place is an absolute joke! This is my only experience with this company and will definitely be my last. The good reviews must be from people that have never had a problem. Have sent several emails over the last 2 weeks and only had one reply. Then when I call I get attitude because obviously they have seen my emails and not even bothered to reply. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
