Purchased a trolly for my elderly mother eight months ago. Happy with product but noticed recently that the stiching was coming undone on the body of the trolly. Notified Sholley who say in their experience this generally happens if the lid is forced, opened or closed incorrectly!! Did offer to make the repair under the warranty but wanted a £30 courier charge which my mother was not prepared to pay. Disappointed with their response considering the cost of these trollys.

I ordered the Donkee trolley. Was told the colour i wanted was out of stock and that i would have to wait 2-3 weeks. Rang after 3 weeks for progress report. Was told they waiting for the material and to ring back in a weeks time. When I did they said material had arrived and to ring back again in another week. Did so and was told they waiting for the material 🤔.l appreciate that i have to wait longer for the colour I want but they just full of excuses.
