When my new backpack ripped after 3 weeks I was panicking. I contacted 10 bag repair services and most of them told me it was useless or charging me to much. But after I come across Vas, he was great and fixed my backpack within 1 hour and charged me far less then most bag repair services. VAS is amazing and he can fix any bag or luggage.

This company used to have a shop in Cockfosters, where I used to go to for all my repairs. Now based in Wood Green in a 1st floor premises they are still as good and reliable as ever. I have no idea how they repair zips, but I genuinely don't care. I leave it to them, they are the experts.

I had waited over a year before finally looking to get the zip fixed on my favourite Ariat Riding boots. I thought it would be such a faff & expensive. Not at all! I had two items of much loved technical mountaineering clothing with damaged zips that would have cost over £1,000 to replace. One had a missing zip pull and the other had missing teeth on the zip chain. Zip Experts returned the items to me in perfect working order. How on earth do you replace missing teeth on a zip?
