    Kinda wish the dmc never closed down. I have found it near impossible to get an urgent appointment here. Been without meds for months as they wouldn't give me a repeat prescription. It's worrying I have begged for a meds review and just nothing. Feels like a complete lack of empathy and compassion from the professionals. Made two phonecalls me and my partner. She got an appointment 3 hours after the call. I had to wait 11 days and forgot. My short term memory is terrible and without meds that doesn't help. I feel blessed in one way i have a support network because I would probably be dead if I had to rely on this longed out service. Where we live there's not enough gps or time for the amount of residents here. The best time to call is first thing in the morning asap. I called today (Friday) and have to wait til Tuesday for a possiblity they might tell me I have to wait or call back tomorrow.

    Waited all day for a call that 111arranged finally at 6 10pm a call came from the rceptionist the doctor said can you go to A&E . I am an elderly lady who does not drive and the buses have stopped running. Dr sahu is running shiver into oblivion, I am now looking for a new doctor

    I thought your doctor had a duty of care for you that definitely isn’t the case with me I have lots of illnesses I had a bleeding backside for three days and I was told by the doctor to go next door and get some pile crane charming since then I’ve had a CT Scan I am going through a lot of trauma and I have got no duty of care off of this doctor what so ever please consider a different doctor’s surgery if you want to live a little longer you will always have your medication not arrive on time or not even been done you will also be told that you’re not on that medication even though it clearly states on your medical records I think he’s absolute disgusting how a person of authority can get away with this well we’ll do you say about that NHS England here we come again and then back to The on bless man you are not getting away with treating me like this and not giving me no duty of care Andrew Gray 04/08/2022

    Awful. Steer well clear. Feel like you're made to sit an exam before you even get past the receptionists. When a practice refuse to see a 3 year old with temps above 40, you know they're bad. He ended up in hospital. Better off sitting in a walk in centre for 6 hours to see a doctor.
