I rang up today enquiring about some of the magazines displayed on their website and came across a very rude and unfriendly person called Lorraine Spicer. I spoke to her in a very polite manner, but her tone of voice seemed like she wasn't bothered, very unprofessional and not polite at all. Avoid this place if you want to be treated nicely.
