Linda who I spoke to on the phone to explain my issue and book and appointment was reassuring, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She met my husband and I at the medical centre and directed us to the consulting room. Mr Eaton was easy to talk to, explained my problem in an understandable way and answered all our questions with patience. My husband was recommended to see Mr Jonathan Eaton regarding an urology problem. We were consequently directed to The Shires Clinic to obtain a quick ‘one stop shop’ outcome. After completing a couple of tests we were then immediately able to discuss the results with Jonathan. This took away an anxious period of time for us which we would of had to endure if going through normal channels. From the first phone call with Lynda to meeting the very kind professional nurses & Jonathan himself….we can’t thank you enough for making it a less stressful experience!
