Han who claims to be the ‘owner’ (laughable) provided me with the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. He moaned and sighed at every relevent question, and was unhelpful and disgusting in his approach. This place is EXTORTIONATE and customers should avoid the store like COVID-19. £15 for passport photos when the passport office has plenty of photo booths for £8 (I was not aware). Han, if you are the owner you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Your store will go down like the titanic. AVOID this shop at all costs.
