Rooms are charming, perfect mix between modern and old fashioned, with all the necessary amenities of 2023 civilization and antiqueish furniture. The room was actually bigger than most Hotel rooms. Staff was always helpful and friendly. We got a glass of sweets, a water heater and an espresso maker. We could grab water and milk (with a vegan option) from the fridge upstairs. There is a modern fan ( we didn't need it), shower gel and shampoo and a hair dryer. Connections are great. There's a Bus stop around the corner that will get you right to Westminster and Soho. There's also a small store where you can get basic needs stuff and a small cafe to grab coffee and a small breakfast. Great choice if Hotels are too expensive for you but you still want to have some comfort.

Nice staff, they changed our bed covers when we asked them! Anyway both the boiler and the coffee machine didn’t work and the remote control for the tv was not in the room

Had a very warm welcome by the staff, room was lovely and big. Bathroom was so clean !! Loved the free sweets and coffee machine. Only complaint is that we couldn't open the window and the curtain didn't go all the way down. Didn't bother us too much as we loved the room, a great price for London.
