Recently bought one of the damascus hunting/bushcraft knives and looked great but on further inspection there was a lot of faults with it. Handle is uneven and isn't sanded down properly, the spine/tang isn't actually straight and curves to the left, etc. Overall it's still a decent knife and the damascus is well done but for the price I paid, I was expecting a more high quality knife.

What can I say, such a awesome place. Extremely friendly. Lee took the time to show my mobility limited mother, wife and myself the complete shop. Take the time and go visit them if you can. The information given and the selection is way better then the website gives. Now we have to wait the 4 weeks for our 2 kitchen knife sets and the cleaver. Can not put a price on quality!!!!!!! Sadly I need to update this. Never received the items I ordered in person. I ordered a complete set as did my mother. I tried calling, emailing and never got a response. I have moved on and purchased from another dealer. I feel bad for this cus, Lee is a really nice guy. Just didn’t fulfill his promise to us.

On 31st May 2022, I purchased aircrew knives through their website. I paid there ofc. It turned out, they do not have stock! This was not indicated in the website. Lee told me there are making them I said fine. However, I have been asking Lee multiple times to kindly let me know the expected shipment day. The guy strangely wouldn't let me know. He always dodged the question. On the other hand, I am forced here to wait without knowing any idea when I am getting these knives. There is a fundamental issue here. Terrible customer service. Lee feels no obligation to inform me of the estimated shipment day. On the other hand, I have aircrew client waiting for these knives and I do not know what to tell him. Sami 15th June 22

Purchased an item from their website ,the payment was received and accepted and an invoice number given and then for no apparent reason my payment was refunded so I emailed the company to see was there a problem but they did not have the courtesy to reply, I then checked my paypal account again and noticed a very insignificant note from the seller telling me that the item was sold although it is still listed as for sale on their website, I therefore do not recommend this company as they seem to be untrustworthy and unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills.
