Ordered a Bullfinch 9x6 shed. Richard was very helpful on the phone and took the order. I was notified that delivery would be several months. The shed arrived with a just short delay from the estimated date. The installation service was a bonus, and I’ve just read on another review that the sheds can be dismantled if you happen to move house. The quality of the shed is excellent and would certainly look to order from Shed Factory again.

We ordered a shed for our community garden from the Shed Factory, having reviewed quite a few local companies, and visiting the factory to see the sheds in production. This showed that they were both solid and attractive, and just what we wanted. After a brief delay, the shed delivery was arranged on a day to suit us, and Ian and Joe arrived on time, and did a splendid job of putting up the shed, especially in surprisingly warm weather. We are all thrilled to bits with the shed, it is, as I anticipated, a solid and lovely addition to the community garden, and I know we will get a lot of pleasure and use from it.

I ordered the Snipe shed from the company back in August, and as soon as I paid the deposit, they already fixed me a delivery and installation date for two months later. All other local shed companies (who were also more expensive) were not delivering until 2021 back in August! They also kept me updated with progress, without inundating me with 'phone calls or e-mails. The team of three who erected the shed were efficient, professional and clearly expert - the whole shed was finished in just over an hour. I would definitely recommend highly AND use them again.

Ordered a bespoke 10 x 8ft Apex shed with extra headroom and extra deep windows. The team arrived when they said they would and were very professional errecting the shed which looks very attractive and well made. Communication beteen Richard and myself regarding my precise design specifications was good. Only drawback was the shed door was three inches lower than my old shed door which I wasn't expecting. Worth specifying a taller one if you are over six foot. Would definitely use again.
