As I had absolutely no idea where to start when it comes to a sewing machine I attended an Absolute Beginners class and came away really pleased. You get through more things than you expect and it's a really comfortable and approachable atmosphere with great close supervision available (with only three attendees at the moment) Thoroughly recommend 👍

Completed a beginners 5 week evening class with Christine and It had a very relaxed and fun atmosphere. The class was small so it gave you opportunity to have lots of help from Christine when needed. Everyone who attend the class was friendly and at different levels which was all good as they passed on tips and ideas. The 2 hrs in the class went quickly once you were involved in your project. I made a dress (hem still to finish, may go on.a Saturday to get help). I would recommend the Sewing Sanctuary and there are a variety of classes on offer, Thank you Christine
