If you are at your wits end with your sewing machine; threads knotting, clunking sound when sewing and cotton breaking. Never fear because Tim at Sewing Doctor is on hand to solve all your problems. A couple of weeks with Tim in the operating theatre and my Janome was returned to me as good as new, it’s now sewing like a dream with all the problems banished. I can’t recommend Tim highly enough on price, customer service and communication.

I can't begin to tell you what an amazing, professional, super efficient and seamless experience working with Tim has been. Over a 3 day period Tim turned up very early and with his calm and kindly manner he methodically worked on servicing all of my colleges' sewing machines. He was so amazing he even worked through lunch breaks and stayed late so he could finish the job in the time scale he promised me and my collage. As a full time college lecturer time is very limited and from the minute I contacted Tim to the experience of him servicing all of the colleges sewing machines, over lockers and industrial sewing machines, to Tim ordering parts that were needed, has been excellent. Tim even produced a full report on each machine, watch blown away with the level of detail he went to. Tim really is an amazingly, brilliant, induvial who I hope to continue working with for biannual serving with the whole college sewing machines. Top tip, book Tim in fast as he gets very busy with repeat business, we booked a second visit at the end of our first visit at the start of the academic year.
