Avoid Vyman/Sethi for conveyance work. A straightforward transfer of funds from the sale of my parents’ home which should have required one day took 8 days of phone calls and emails before they actually transferred the funds to our probate solicitor. (This despite Vyman/Sethi being provided with authorizations and directions ahead of time). Contacting the owner of the firm resulted in an email acknowledgement that the funds transfer had been delayed but no explanation or apology was offered for all the time wasted by my probate solicitor, estate agent, my wife and I in accomplishing what should have been a straightforward transfer. Thus, I cannot recommend using them.

Anna and her team were excellent at the business end of the house buying process, very effective and efficient on the day of completion and the run up. As first time buyers together, we would have liked more input or communication through the buying process, but when it counted most we were very happy and pleased with the final result.

I was in quite a rush as i was coming up to the end of the stamp duty holiday in June 2021, i was struggling to find a competent solicitor to conveyance and purchase a property for me. Nearly every solicitor i had spoken to previously was absolutely slammed with a massive workload, with some flat out refusing to take me on. I was being told a minimum of 2-3 months for completion due to delays. I was recommended The Sethi Partnership solicitors by the agent i was purchasing the property from. I met Naveen and explained my circumstances. He stated that he would try his very best but could not guarantee a result in the time frame i asked for, which i respected. Naveen and his team were the most responsive solicitors for property conveyancing i have used to date, they kept me updated throughout the process and even chased me a few a times when i was slow to respond. They were courteous and very professional every step of the way and they managed to complete the sale well within the timeframe i asked for. I would happily recommend The Sethi Partnership Solicitors and Naveen and his colleagues for the excellent work they did.

From start to finish I had an unprofessional and highly stressful experience in my property purchase. Land registry forms incorrect. Reconciliation on settlement out by a six figure sum. An utterly inappropriate and aggressive tone from Misbha Ali - who then accused me of abusive behaviour when dealing with complaint for a second time. On the whole one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional services firm. Avoid.
