I would like to thank 2 lovely members of your team Gemma & Claire who came to our rescue at the Coronation Concert on Sunday, I was really struggling to to push my friends wheelchair across the grass, they got us to the Accessible area where our seats were located and even stayed as the seats we had been allocated were up steps which were unsuitable for a wheelchair user until the problem had been rectified.
