Absolutely amazing! Sally was so thorough, informative, and reassuring with any questions I had. She took the time to speak me through everything, complete a full assessment and any related patch tests. Sally was so welcoming and it was easy to feel so comfortable and at ease around her. It can be a bit daunting at first given how intimate some of the treated areas are and you can feel a little self conscious. But Sally made me feel so relaxed and that feeling went away as soon as we started chatting. I can’t wait to start treatment and live a more hair free life, so don’t put it off and book the consultation!

I have gone back and forth with the idea of getting laser hair removal (after suffering with ingrowns/irritation from shaving) for around 4 years, and was worried that it would hurt, or if it was worth the investment. I’ve only had 2 sessions of laser hair removal with Sally and I can not recommend her and her amazing service enough. Sally is so lovely and kind, she makes you feel really comfortable and at ease! I was so nervous about getting laser but it doesn’t even hurt and I can’t believe how drastic the results are! (I’ve only had 2 sessions so far!). It has given me so much confidence already.
