Truthly the best glamping experience! Stayed 2 nights in the treetops 🌴 The facilities were all super clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. Looked so stunning you’d forget you were in England! The view in the morning was gorgeous and the beds were so comfy. The team were really accommodating and friendly, Derry the owner was very welcoming and always around if we had any problems. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait for our next stay! ❤️

We booked the Keep just over 12 months ago and were very excited about the stay. After seeing the photos of the bar area, hot tub and overall keep we were expecting great things. The check in process was seamless, codes, keys, and access to the site and the wow we got when we opened the door was great. We were a party of 5, two adults, an 18 year old, 15 and 10. The wow turned to an oh, when we realised just how small the keep was, if claustrophobia is your issue, you will need a bigger place to stay, especially, once the sofa bed is down, plus you will need to operate a 2 in two out as having all 5 of us in there was a tad tight. There was only 2 robes and 2 towels for 5 of us, which meant we had to pay for more, however, we took our own as we would all be using the hot tub. Once we had all been in the hot tub, which was pre-heated for us (need to make sure you ask for this when booking) we realised there was no where to hang the wet clothes, 5 towels and 5 swimming costumes, which meant we had to create our own way to dry by using the chairs and cables hanging above with the lights on. However, the cooking facilities were great, the fridge, the ice making machine and the hot water in the outside sink. The TV in the bar area was temperamental and we changed the batteries on a few occasions but it became slightly frustrating when trying to change channels. After a BBQ, the kids had a shower which was very small, and designed to be a wet room (made from wood) which got soaked and seeped into the main area as there was a gap under the door, which meant the floor was wet, as were our socks. We all turned in for the night and we all had a less than good sleep, beds were very hard, small and we all woke with aches and pains. We opened the doors to see the outside seating area (which isn't covered) wet from the rain and littered with tree debris which needed to be swept off, which meant all of the outside seating was soaked, we had use the hot tub cover as a table and stand to eat breakfast. The night was a bit cold but the under floor heating wasn't working which apparently had been damaged a while a go but not repaired, so we used the small portable radiator that was supplied. However, Andy was very good, staff were very hot on comms and the app gave us all we needed to know. The pre-stay emails were well received and the customer service from all involved was fantastic. It was a great adventure for the kids and they seemed in their element experiencing outdoor life with a glamping twist, I would suggest a clothes line/horse/drying area, or one of those swimming costume machines you get at a swimming pool, plus a better designed shower room as this caused a lot of wetness on the floor and made for very wet feet. Overall, a good experience with some minor negatives.

Absolutely loved staying at the Lodge! Everything was so tidy and the rooms themselves looked fantastic. The facilities available are amazing, the hot tub and sauna are well worth it! Cannot recommend this place enough, and the service was amazing, 24 hours on call! Thanks especially to Andy when hecame and helped us with the Bluetooth speaker when we were being a bit dense 😂. Only suggestion to improve on a perfect stay would be to get some oven gloves and change the ice tray as the ice kept sticking but other than those tiny things 10/10, will definitely return!!

My friends and I stayed in the Glade pod on Tuesday to celebrate my birthday. Firstly, the decor was absolutely stunning and exactly how it is shown online. It was clean & there was a lot of nice extras such as shot glasses, straws, chocolates etc. The actual pod where you sleep exceeded our expectations. We expected it to be freezing at night but the underfloor heating was honestly amazing! The staff were so lovely and attentive, we had a few queries whilst we were there and they were seen to straight away. Andy in particular came to deliver us some more logs for the hot tub and he was so lovely and welcoming. The hot tub was a bit difficult to get to the right temperature but that’s to be expected with a log fired hot tub. We also pre-ordered breakfast and that was beautifully presented and a perfect way to curb the hangover in the morning. Overall it was an excellent experience and the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with friends, I really can’t fault the place or the staff at all. I would 100% return, thank you for the lovely stay xx
