I have a very poor experience. Ordered a Christmas wreath which I had to chase for weeks over email and phone. I was laughed at because of my accent and asked to write An email instead. I actually don’t remember to accounter such rude customer service ever before. On those grounds I decided to cancel the order. I would avoid. There are plenty other companies out there delivering on time and not offending their customers.
