I had my first facial and back massage today. It lived up to my expectations and definitely did not disappoint. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The massage was great. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Grace was a lovely girl very friendly and welcoming and she is very good at what she does. Will be recommending this place to family and friends. Can't wait to book again.

My partner booked me a massage for my birthday on Saturday and the Secret Day Spa cancelled the booking on Thursday evening by sending an email with no explanation. The last minute cancellation left no time to rearrange the appointment at such late notice which ruined the birthday plans that my partner had made for me.

Booked in for a full body massage and grace did everything she could to make sure I had the best experience possible. She asked loads of questions about what I like and don’t like and talked through the oils she was using on me and what they would do. The massage itself was lovely and very relaxing, she made sure that she wasn’t going to ruff and when I asked her to do less or more pressure she did exactly that. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back to her for another massage:)
