Super happy with the level of service and quality of products I’ve received. Ordered bang on 2pm and my parcel was with me at 20 to 11 the next morning. The box was so well presented, it was like a Christmas present and the scent sprayed on the stationary is beautiful (you need to let me know what that is please). I wanted to finesse my brow services and took the masterclasses on the website. One of which recommended the Starpil Start Soft & Azul waxes. I ordered both of these and am so over the moon with the results! I also purchased the repair post wax balm. I didn’t try this on my client, but tried it on the back of my hand and it felt very soothing. The brow mapping pens are great too. They glide right on the skin and feel very gentle doing so. Overall really happy with my products. Great quality & value, and the customer service is flawless. Will definitely be purchasing from the secret beauty store again. Thank you 😊
