Great location for walking in to the town. Caroline and Nigel were great hosts. Breakfast well cooked with options available. Room was spotless. Nice touch of a small bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. Car parking sorted by parking on road with permits supplied by Nigel. Found room well equipped as stated. Bed was slightly uncomfortable for us as mattress different to ours, quilt far to thick making it to hot which disturbed sleep. Birds rowdy at 6am. Shower was very powerful and hot,but would reccomend changing the shower head as it is grubby. Overall a good stay and would recommend this guest house.

This B&B is brilliant. Breakfast was delicious and Nigel and Caroline were lovely hosts. The room was spotless and large, shower and toilet was lovely, plenty of hot water. We will book again when in Harrogate. The location was a stones throw from town. Plenty of restaurants and bars, very busy weekends so better to book a restaurant before you arrive. If you are looking for a B&B you won't go wrong with this B&B.

My wife and I was treated to a two night break for our Wedding Anniversary. Ideally situated in a cul -de-sac away from the town but within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre, large conference/ exhibition centre and local amenities. The owners Nigel and Caroline were brilliant hosts, friendly, most welcoming, helpful, informative and on hand. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the attic room which was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Lovely well cooked breakfast to set you up for the day. Nice surprise to receive a complimentary bottle of Prosecco , on ice in our room for our Anniversary in addition to other complimentary bottle of red wine and hospitality tray with an assortment of chocolates, variety of teas , coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Fresh milk, bottled water and soft drinks on hand in fridge. Free Parking available on road outside with parking permit provided. All in All a little Gem, home from home
