This shop is a wonderful shop I have a great relationship with Maz n James. I find the prices extremely reasonable. Gwen the lady that owns the shop is really nice she will do anything for her regular customers. A fantastic little shop run by nice people.Well worth a visit.Not open Wednesday.

I messaged this outlet via the facebook/messenger page to enquire if they would be interested in picking up three items of furniture that were unwanted by self, but in very good condition. They requested a photo of each, and, as they were furniture, confirmation the the items had the relevant fire safety label, which they did have. Confirmation that they were interested came swiftly and a pick up date was arranged. Two staff came on the "booked" day and time and removed items. They were quiet, but professional in contact/communication. They managed the movement of the items themselves from room to van, without problem.

I Purchased a petrol lawn mower, That was no good to anyone. It looked fine at just a quick look over. I was told by the lady in the shop that It was all fine and working ok and was all tested, and If there was any problems to bring it back. When I went up and down the grass a few times the handle where it’s attached to the main body was completely rusty and broke off. I called the shop and spoke to the owner who said to bring it back to see what the problem was. When I got there she told me that I had broken it and that I would not get my money back. She told me that the mower was their own personal one and that it was working perfectly fine. But clearly not, it was completely rusty and broke off due to the rust. Not anything else. She was very rude to me. In the end, after quite an uncomfortable and heated exchange with the owner, I ended up getting £50 back, although I’d paid £60
