Please stay away from The Sebo Shop also known as Manchester Vacs. I purchased a brand new Sebo Vacuum cleaner, but received a used product instead. When I asked to return for a full refund, I was met with resistance and customer service was very rude (especially the owner Stuart) The vacuum cleaner has clearly been used and not new as advertised. Manchester Vac insisted there is nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner, even it has been used. I returned the Sebo vacuum cleaner and I was charged return postage cost, even though it was their fault for sending a used product. I would never shop with The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac again. It's not worth the nightmare of dealing with them, instead will buy on Amazon or John Lewis. I wouldn't recommend The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac (Dyson & Sebo Specialist) to anyone. Please stay away from them.

Glad I discovered this business, we thought we were going to have to buy a new hoover, however, the Sebo Shop has saved us a great deal of money. I found all the parts we needed to restore our 22 year old "x4extra" to like new performance. Very fair prices and delivery charge, all the way from Manchester to Bucks in a little over 24hrs. With the spares and parts this company carry you can rebuild your vacum from the ground up. Easily 5 stars and would award more if possible.

Thankyou. I have had my sebo upright for 25 years. Recently it started to not switch on and I thought it might be time to buy a new one. Thanks to the useful advice about replacing the cord on your site. I ordered a new handle and cord and it is working perfectly! Despite the post office strike my order arrived within 48 hours. I would recommend this company and will certainly be using it again for spares, bags and filters

Fantastic professional and friendly customer service. You can tell they have been in the business for a very long time. They were very knowledgeable on the comparable features and benefits of the models and knew the competitors inside out. I had loads of questions which they were more than happy to answer- and they consulted with me to determine which model would suit my needs best. I had done extensive research online and came into the shop with my choice narrowed down to a couple of models, however they recommended another model that wasn't even on my radar which is what I ended up going with and it's even better than I imagined! I've done multiple orders over a few years, the latest order was replacement parts - new power cable and brushes. My 16 year old Sebo x4 was becoming hard to push on carpets. Resigned to spending £350 on a new one. Came across your Sebo forum, read about brush replacement and ordered a new brush. Fitted in two minutes - didn't even need a screwdriver. Works like new. Here's to the next 16 years.
