If you're looking to learn a martial art, wing chun is the most direct, most effective means of self defence. There are many schools that teach wing chun however none could match our Sifu's understanding of how to implement correct wing chun principles. When done correctly it can overcome opponents much bigger, stronger, younger and more fit. For this reason anyone has the potential to do it well. Since starting 3 years ago, I've gained confidence in my ability, calmness in my demeanour and a great respect for both the students and Sifu alike. I highly recommend coming and seeing for yourself.
