We had 3 kitchen knives sharpened and they are now extremely sharp. The price is very reasonable and all you have to do is drop them off, wait about a week and then they contact you and go and collect them and pay for the service. Very happy with the end result.

Ian is very very knowable about his business and extremely helpful. He sharped my mums clippers and mower blade, their so sharp now that I’m sure they last a long time. He gave very helpful information and couldn’t of been informative.

Customer service better than I've ever experienced, a friendly knowledgeable team, my go to tool shop in future! Am a regular user of chainsaws but lack specialist knowledge from say a training course or similar. Been dying to go on a course to learn but it's not happened up to now! Let me start by saying that Ian @ The Saw Shop is a literal font of Chainsaw knowledge and advice, in terms of Chainsaw knowledge and learning I've found my Sensai!!!! I called late on a Sunday and Ian still took my call. He was patient, explained things carefully and answered all my questions even though they had technically closed for the day. Ian was very generous with his advice/time and did not expect any financial recompense for doing so even on a Sunday. Some of the advice may even save my life one day!!!! Im a local handyman and will require lots of tool maintainence/advice.... The Saw Shop is exactly what I've been searching for and will now be my go to Shop for anything tool related!! Thanks Very Much Ian and The Team at The Saw Shop!!!!!!

I’ve had two axes sharpened at The Saw Shop and I’ve been extremely pleased with the job done on both of them. One of the axes in particular was an American Firefighting axe that needed a bit of regrinding on the broken pick-end of the head. I can’t recommend the service enough and the prices are more than reasonable.
