Took Titan planer Thicknesser in to see if guys could have a look at it , as new blades that I put in where score wood. Guys checked it over and managed not not only sharpen my old blades but after some time managed to get everything level , and with a product that doesn’t have soared and was being used as a starter machine by me . Excellent service throughout , would recommend without any hesitation. My new go to place for repairs . Thanks to Brendan who has been superb!

How come you can't put no stars? Several attempts to fix a de-walt flip-over table saw, comes back uncalibrated after having a fairly simple swivel plate replaced,they then have several attempts to put it right since ( DURING WHICH IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A BOLT HAD BEEN DELIBERATELY HACK-SAWN/ALTERED RATHER THAN BEING REPLACED FROM ONE OF THEIR PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR IT, EXCUSE FOR THAT WAS GUY DOESN'T WORK HERE ANYMORE CAUSE HE WASNT ANY GOOD...ALL 6 or so revisits with the saw all at my cost/time of taking machine back, got it back a month or so ago and just went to use it for first time and low and behold now the trigger which had no problem in first place doesn't work..now maybe i should have checked it when i got it back yet again in good faith, cause i was told when it was fixed (yet again) that everything had been checked allover and the machine was working as good as new,but I was also asked in same telephone conversation if there was a issue with the trigger? So if there now a issue with a trigger (there wasnt before you lot got it) would you not say hey this guys has been more than reasonable and patient with us lets just replaced the trigger but no they send it back with a faulty TRIGGER which they knew about..I've now had to hand rip plywood as im 20 miles from home and dont have any other means to cut it as the GOOD AS NEW SAW doesn't FxxxxxG WORK...spent a fair bit of money over the years in here and im disgusted that they sent the machine out like that. Absolutely never be back I'll take my business elsewhere, hell B&Q will get my business before this bunch of muppets...I WOULDNT DARE TREAT MY CLIENTS LIKE THIS, a very disgusted Davie Drugan DMD JOINERY
