Couldn't be happier! From first contact with Joe and Daniel in Sales up to the finishing touches from the engineers, I always felt I was in good hands. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional, and competent, and the engineers really went above and beyond to get every detail right whilst also working efficiently. The windows look and feel amazing - beyond the obvious practical benefits, I didn't realise how much better the space would look with them. It has made a huge difference. Everyone on the team is very patient and helpful, particularly Daniel - I didn't feel bad about taking my time or sending (probably too many!) follow-up questions. Once I finally made my decision and sent the deposit, the lead time was very reasonable, and I continued to receive great support. I did get two or three other quotes just to make sure I was not overpaying - the Sash Window Workshop was actually very competitively priced, but also stood out a mile in terms of communication. It was an easy decision that turned out to be 100% the right one. Everyone always talks about what a nightmare building work is, but there was honestly not a single hiccup - you set a very high bar! Thank you!

As a former Architect, I appreciate it can be difficult to predict, quantify, the acoustic & thermal benefits of installing double glazing with acoustic glass as measuring the result is very subjective, but all our worries about whether it would make a difference were unnecessary, we are well pleased.

Fantastic experience overall; will be coming back to them for our final window, when we do the bathroom. The workmanship and material of the windows is excellent quality and look beautiful (we chose Accoya wooden frames). Their employees were easy and helpful to work with throughout the process, from design and survey, through to the installation process. Installation went perfectly to the predicted schedule (3 days for 15 units across 4 rooms), even with one of the glass units having cracked during transport and having to be replaced mid-install. Website is full of useful and clear infomation. Initial Quotation was very accurate (much more so than some other vendors who initially quoted much lower prices, but then gradually increased over the course of the design and survey process. SWW came in at pretty much the final price on the initial quote, and had only minor shifts from there.), and the design consultations had multiple valuable insights to offer about appropriate changes to our initial imaginings/ideas.
