Can not fault this bnb stayed with my girlfriend, freindly welcome by denise, very clean and tidy, rooms where excellently decorated to a high standard bed was lovely as was the pillows had an excellent nite sleep, it's quite and in great location stone throw away from everything, the breakfast was an excellent breakfast no grease everything was cooked perfectly could even get more jucie toast or tea or coffee, nothing at all was to much trouble I'd deffo stay here again I could not fault the place not even a gain of dust it's a very well keep and looked after bnb and you can see the care the owners put into makes everything even better for you excellent bnb one the best in clacton highly recommend

Had a lovely stay at the Sandrock hotel. Our room was lovely and pre-warmed , which was exactly what we needed as the February night time chill set in. It was peaceful , run by a friendly couple , immaculately clean throughout and the bed was FAR better than my bed at home. Very happy 😊
