I don't live there myself but my friend does and they have been saved from a life on the streets. Their room is really nice and they're safe at night which stops me worrying about them.

The staff here are verbally manipulative, I wouldn't trust housing in their hands ever again. Anyone that go's though this accommodation, has a risk of being found intensionly homeless. Staff have lack of training as someone died in the building and a resident was forced to revive the resident because the staff was untrained. KAY WILLET PIP Hamilton The two staff members to have awareness off Pip is one to take his home relationship problems with his other half, and bring it into a active work place. Taking his home problems out on the homeless, this leaves the homeless at risk and in a bad place. This has been seen to escalate!
